E3 2015: Need for Speed Gameplay Trailer Revealed

The flashy, hyper-real graphics of the reboot brings our dream cars so close, we can almost touch them.

“We crave the thrill of the chase. Some ride with a crew, some fly solo. Everybody does it for the reputation.”

Need for Speed’s executive producer, Marcus Nilsson says of the reboot: “This is the definitive Need for Speed experience.” Welcome to Ventura Bay, the world of NFS that's twice the size of NFS: Rivals. Hyper-real graphics make it difficult to distinguish between what’s real and what isn’t, and they’re giving fans the customization options they’ve been asking for. These are the custom cars many of us can only dream of, and NFS brings us so close we can almost touch them.

The gameplay trailer showcases the five overlapping story modes: Speed, Style, Build, Crew, and Outlaw. They’re making sure that players are well-equipped for the never-ending search for the perfect build, and you get to play with your friends and rack up a reputation. Switch between these modes to become the ultimate icon. “How you drive is up to you. How will they remember you?”

Need for Speed  has been confirmed for release on November 3 for the PC, Xbox One and PS4.
