A Capcom representative has confirmed with Gamespot that Street Fighter V and all its iterations will remain PC- and PlayStation 4-exclusive.
“[T]he reality is that this is a real partnership. We are console exclusive for this franchise for this numbered run,” the Capcom representative stated. Xbox games executive Phil Spencer has responded to the SFV PS4 exclusivity announcement before, saying, “Business deals happen. We won't do all of them.” That news might be disappointing to Xbox fans, but it looks like Team Xbox is focusing more on IP that they own that the fans also love.
Street Fighter V is coming along nicely, with improved graphics, new stages, and some new mechanics. The game is scheduled for release in March 2016 for PC and PlayStation 4.
