There is a ton of anticipation over the next Pokemon game. Fans have been patiently waiting on the new installment, Pokemon Legends: Arceus. This game will be tossing players back into the past, where there is more focus on researching Pokemon and collecting them. However, this might not be the only Pokemon game coming out into the marketplace. It looks like some dataminers might have uncovered another Pokemon title coming sooner than expected.
Pokemon is always a heavy hitter. However, fans have been enjoying this game franchise for decades at this point. This was a game franchise that stuck directly with Nintendo platforms for years. Although, that changed not long ago when we started to focus more on mobile devices like iOS and Android. It was here that we got the first major mobile title launch with Pokemon Go. Which we’re sure you are already well aware of.
With Pokemon Go, players are still actively enjoying the game. Likewise, the developers are still throwing out updates. That’s when dataminers discovered that the latest update references Pokemon Sleep. It won’t be surprising that if you don’t recall this application game. This was unveiled a few years ago, which was another application centered around Pokemon but with a slight twist.
For instance, Pokemon Go encouraged players to go outdoors and walk around to gather Pokemon. Of course, that was a bit harder to pull off these past couple of years. However, with Pokemon Sleep, it looks like players would be using the application to keep track of their sleep patterns. The references found have players wondering if the application would be coming out sooner than expected. For most, the app was believed to be scrapped at this point. Perhaps with the new Pokemon Go update and the Pokemon Legends: Arceus’s upcoming launch, we’ll soon get our Pokemon Sleep app this month.
