CD Prokekt RED has released a new video showcasing not only its music composition by music director Marcin Przybylowicz, but the multilingual voice acting of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Titled “Priscilla’s Song,” the video shows The Witcher 3’s protagonist Geralt of Rivia spending some time at a tavern with a friend, wherein a woman (presumably Priscilla) takes the stage with her lute to play a song. The song’s lyrics begin in English before transitioning into the six other languages that are fully voice acted in The Witcher 3, which consists of Polish, German, French, Russian, Brazilian, Portuguese, and Japanese. Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Traditional Chinese, Czech, Hungarian, Latin America Spanish, and Korean are available in subtitles.
The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt was released just one week ago and has already earned the title of best-selling game of the year (so far), surpassing previous title-holder Battlefield Hardline by 53%. As a part of its continued promise to release free downloadable content post-release, CD Projekt RED is releasing two more pieces of content tomorrow, Wednesday, May 27, and yesterday released a patch for the PC version of the game that offered graphical improvements and various other fixes.
