Square Enix originally planned to showcase its E3 press conference around the same period of time as Nintendo, which was a questionable decision that would have caused great difficulty for any press covering the event and fans intending to watch both events.
You'll be delighted to know that the Square Enix press conference will now begin at 10am PDT instead of 9am PDT, as the publisher announced on Twitter today that they'll be moving their event up by an hour so it doesn't take place at the same time as Nintendo's digital event, which takes place at 9am PDT on June 16. There will likely be some overlap as Nintendo may have a lot to showcase beyond an hour.
We can expect to see Final Fantasy XV at the event, alongside Deus Ex: Mankind Divided and the new Tomb Raider game and other titles for the PC, Xbox One and PS4.
Bethesda will be the first to hold a press conference on June 14 at 6:30pm PDT.
When E3 officially launches the next day, Microsoft will be holding its event on the morning of Monday, June 15, followed by EA, Ubisoft, and finally Ubisoft at the end of the day.
We'll be covering each and every one of these events, so don't forget to check us out.
