Destiny’s Zur Brings the Thunderlord to the Tower

May 8, 2015 by Stephen Daly

He’s the Santa Claus of Destiny and every weekend is Christmas.

Zur is back in Destiny this week and he's brought one of the game's best exotic heavy weapons with him, Thunderlord.

The machine gun offers Arc damage and is very effective when it comes to Heroic or Nightfall strikes feature Arc burn. Killing enemies with Thunderlord also has the chance to trigger small explosions like Fate Bringer.

Here are the other main goods Zur has to offer this week:

  • Ruin Wings Titan Gauntlets 95 Strength Strange Coins (13)
  • ATS/8 ARACHNID Hunter Helmet 57 Discipline SC (13)
  • Obsidian Mind Warlock Helmet 65 Intellect SC (13)
  • Thunderlord Machine Gun SC (17)
  • Exotic Shard Material SC (7)
  • Exotic Engram Helmet Engram Motes of Light (23)

It was recently revealed that Destiny developer Bungie has trademarked The Taken King, which is likely the name of the September upgrade for the game – said to be the largest to date.
