We often forget just how much work goes into the creation of a video game. In the case of Batman: Arkham Knight, set to release next month, there is a ton of extra work that has to be done. Some of this work comes in the form of voice acting. Arkham Knight has a large cast of characters, so large personalities are needed to fill their shoes.
A new video published by the Batman Arkham Youtube channel details the voice acting work that has gone into the creation of Arkham Knight. It's very cool to see what goes on behind the scenes in game development. It's also quite funny to see the voice actor for Batman – Kevin Conroy – do his job because he sounds nothing like the Caped Crusader when he is talking normally.
There's also an appearance by Jonathan Banks, who plays Mike Ehrmantraut in both Breaking Bad and Better Call Saul. In Arkham Knight, Banks does the voice work for police commissioner James Gordon.
