The Assassin's Creed franchise never had humble beginnings. The first game in the series was a mega popular title that entranced gamers for hours on end. No one had ever played a historical action game that was of this caliber. While publisher and developer Ubisoft might have played around with the real history of the era, the buildings and languages in the game were built with unwavering accuracy.
Patrice Desilets, who was the original creative director for Assassin's Creed, is apparently working on his own game right now. He's going to be giving a keynote tomorrow morning as a part of the Reboot Develop event in Dubrovnik, Croatia. During this presentation, we believe that Desilets will announce his next project.
