When it comes to Rockstar Games, everyone is thinking about Grand Theft Auto. It’s the studio’s biggest video game franchise, and fans can’t wait for the next installment. Of course, we’ve been dealing with Grand Theft Auto V for a long while now, and it’s left fans more eagerly anticipating that next installment. While we haven’t seen the game unveiled quite yet, we know they are working on the project. In addition, Grand Theft Auto 6 is another topic that comes up full of rumors.
It’s easy to get swept up in rumors for a big game you’re anticipating. Some fans enjoy the speculation and reaching grasps of what could come. Others hate it. We get both sides here, but for those of you looking to leave no stone unturned, there is a new job posting out that might interest you. Rockstar Games has a new job posting for a Photogrammetry Artist. This is an individual who will visit locations and scan them for game development. In the job listing itself, it makes mention of working on locations both local and international.
The job listing is located in Canada, so there’s a good chance we might be talking about international being the United States. However, others are speculating that maybe we’re dealing with more tropical locations. This franchise has mainly stuck within fictional United States locations. So perhaps we could see the studio opening up the idea of visiting another region for the next video game. Of course, we can’t even list this job listing for Grand Theft Auto 6, as it doesn’t come with notes of what project the individual would be working on.
For now, it’s just another rumor and speculation that’s circulating online. What’s not a rumor is the fact that we’re getting a Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy remaster. This game is coming out into the marketplace on November 11, 2021. We can expect an overhaul on Grand Theft Auto III, Vice City, and San Andreas with that title out.
