Devolver Digital has announced that they are releasing the turn-based ninja-assassin game RONIN on Steam, and to celebrate, they're slashing pre-order pricing with a 10% discount. In addition to the standalone title, they've also announced a Special Edition bundle that includes the base game, soundtrack, and digital comic for a few extra dollars.
The game is developed by lone wolf developer Tomasz Waclawek, and follows the exploits of "a vengeful heroine determined to strike down five prominent figures of a powerful corporation. Plot your strikes via cunning use of razor wire or your deathly katana, or avoid combat via a holographic replicator and grappling hook until you locate your most advantageous position for an all-out assault. "
The game consists of more than 15 complex missions where you stalk targets and take 'em out through varied methods.
Check out the trailer above. It looks a lot like Mark of the Ninja and Gunpoint.
A three-level demo of the game is also currently available.
