Titan Souls Review Roundup

April 13, 2015 by Ian Miles Cheong

Here’s what the press thinks of the PS4, PC and PS Vita title Titan Souls.

Titan Souls, the "challenging" indie game from Devolver Digital and Acid Nerve is being released tomorrow on the PC, PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. The game is said to be inspired by the likes of Dark Souls (hence the name) and old-school top-down Legend of Zelda titles.

Players must defeat a series of bosses, a la Shadow of the Colossus, that can be approached in any order. However, the player has only one life to spare, so calling it a 'bit difficult' might be somewhat of an understatement.

Ahead of its release, game publications have put out reviews, along with their verdicts of the game. Here is what the press thinks of Titan Souls.

IGN – 8/10

PC Gamer – 87/100

God is a Geek – 7/10

PC Games N – 7/10

Gamespot – 7/10

Polygon – 6.5/10

Eurogamer – no score

Videogamer – 8/10
