Total War Battles: Kingdom has entered into closed beta and is now available on Steam.
In case you're wondering what the game's all about, it's a persistent world strategy game set during the 10th century. Oh, and it's free to play.
PLayers will manage armies, build kingdoms, fight battles, and plot against their opponents in this post-Dark Ages title where they are tasked with rebuilding a crumbling empire.
The game, which was announced in late 2014, has been in limited closed beta for not too long and will be available to both Mac and tablet gamers when its released later this year. Users will be able to continue their campaigns across platforms.
