SteamWorld Dig Expected on Xbox One in Late May

March 25, 2015 by Stephen Daly

No firm release date yet but more info ‘in the near future’.

SteamWorld Dig is set for release on Xbox One in late May, developer Image & From Games announced in a press release today.

No firm release date has been confirmed however.

“We’re preparing quite an elaborate Easter egg for the Xbox One version – a gaming thing that we really wanted to reference,” the developer commented in a press release.

“[We've also] added a number of tweaks to make it better overall. In many cases we prefer to keep our versions similar to each other since it keeps everybody happy.”

Image & From says more information on the Xbox One version of the game will be available "in the near future."

SteamWorld Dig is already out on 3DS, PC, PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and Wii U. Its sequel, SteamWorld Heist, will be available this Spring.
