The Elder Scrolls Online isn’t the first game to see a relaunch, but it’s certainly one of the biggest. After only a year since its release, the game’s developers at Zenimax Online Studios are relaunching the title for the PC, ahead of its console (PS4 and Xbox One) release.
The relaunched version of the game is set to come out this Tuesday, and its developers have put out a trailer detailing what’s in store for players for what will now be called The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited. It’s a bit like FFXIV: A Realm Reborn in that regard.

The company announced in January that it would be rebranding The Elder Scrolls Online with the Tamriel Unlimited title attached once it dropped its subscription fees, substituting it with a one-time purchase, while introducing premium subscription options that deliver additional, recurring benefits.
