Dragonball: Xenoverse met gaming industry critics with mixed reviews. Dragonball titles have not been extremely successful since the Budokai series of games, which saw the last of its incarnations in 2011.
While critics might have given Xenoverse the cold shoulder, the title has apparently picked up major traction with gaming communities around the globe. The past week's sales numbers on both Steam and UK charts indicate that Xenoverse is ascending at super-saiyan speeds:
