4Gamer has shared new details on Bravely Second End Layer. We have some new information on Tiz Arrior, a new job, and several Asterisk Holders.
In Bravely Second End Layer, Tiz does not know or remember having a great spirit within him. He passed out form the extinction of the Great Chasm, but managed to stay alive.
The Guardian class,clad in violet,deal high damage via spiritual energyattacks, and can use other people’s abilities.
The Exorcist class, clad in red, has an Undo ability that lets them return to a state from several turns earlier. They are primarily a healer class with support abilities.
The Exorcist Asterisk Holder Bloody Geist, however, looks nothing like a healing type. This bloodied up soul serves Emperor Oblivion and the Grantz Empire. His age, origin,and name are all unknown,partly because of his use of the Undo ability. He can erase the memories of people getting attacked, leaving them only wounded. Bloody Geist is the archetypal lost soul, gone insane from guilt over what he’s done and constantly looking for death.
White Mage Asterisk Holder Holly White is a livelier person, who met with Tiz in the prior game. In End Layer, she seems to be in a tiff with Erutus Profiteur over an abandoned seaside house.
Speaking of the devil, Merchant Asterisk Holder Erutus Profiteur was once owner of the Ancheim-based Khamer & Profiteur Merchantry, but now has his eyes on Eisen.
Finally, Thief Asterisk Holder Jackal is a reformed thief, now heading a small militia in Harena Ruins.
Bravely Second End Layer will be released for 3DS in Japan on April 23. A release date for the West has yet to be confirmed.
