Earning these achievements are a simple matter of finding said location and making said scenario play out. Most of these involve attacking the zombies in a particular way, so you may need to have a particular item, or lure zombies to a particular spot.
To make zombies move where you want them to, you will want to always carry firecrackers around. They are attracted towards the lights, noise, and possibly, smell. Firecrackers only last a few seconds, so time your actions carefully.
