Final Fantasy 15 was debuted at E3 a few years back when the Playstation 3 had just been released. Then known as Final Fantasy 13 Versus, the game was a Playstation 3 exclusive. We're not sure why the game was held back so long or why it's being pushed to other consoles, but one thing is for certain: Final Fantasy 15 is going to be one very special game.
The last couple of Final Fantasy titles have been decent games, there's no arguing that. Lightning, Final Fantasy 13's heroine, was a very interesting character. Final Fantasy 14 is surviving as an MMO while World of Warcraft still breathes up all the oxygen in their living space. That said, Final Fantasy seems to have lost something, and we're hoping that Final Fantasy 15 can muster the feelings that came packaged with titles like Final Fantasy 7.
A new trailer for Final Fantasy 15 has recently been published by GamesHQMedia on Youtube that shows some of the new Playstation 4/Xbox One technology hard at work. You'll get to see Cindy, a character who was revealed last Friday, in motion. Furthermore, you'll get to take a stroll with a very cute dog through one of Final Fantasy 15's towns. The game is absolutely beautiful, and while the frame rate appears to stutter at points, there's still a lot of time for Square Enix to implement fixes.
There's still no release date for Final Fantasy 15, but it should be here in late 2015 or early 2016.
