Gran Turismo 6 may have been out for a while now, but Polyphony Digital has just released a new update for their racer, which has been detailed on the PlayStation Blog. The update introduces the “Chevrolet Chaparral 2X Vision Gran Turismo” and the “INFINITI CONCEPT Vision Gran Turismo”.
Once the update has finished installing, players have two options for obtaining them: by completing a lap (time doesn't factor) in the New Seasonal Events which will be available for a limited time, or by purchasing them from the Vision GT option under the CARS section of the 'My Home' screen.
The sorting order of your car list in the Garage will now be saved thanks to the update, which also addresses an issue which causes the camber angles of cars shown in the Favourite Cars tab within the My Page section of the Community area to be displayed incorrectly.
In order to fix the problem, upload a new image and delete the existing one before sharing it again using the Share Favourite Car option.
