Youtube channel DefendTheHouse has crafted a number of video series, its most popular coming in the form of its video-game related 'Mythbusters' series. These often three-minute long bite-sized videos offer players answers to some of the more unique questions in any given game. This time, the Youtubers have decided to cover Advanced Warfare, Activision's latest entry into the mega-popular Call of Duty franchise.
We've provided a text list of the myths, for those of you who are at work or otherwise are not able to watch the video.
Myth: You can be bludgeoned to death by a recon drone's threat grenades.
Confirmed.
Myth: You can kill an enemy through the body of a player using an EXO Stim.
Confirmed.
Myth: An orbital care package drop can kill you.
Confirmed.
Myth: A semtex stuck to EXO Overshield will disappear if the shield is withdrawn.
Busted.
What if the shield is equipped and you switch it with a dropped weapon?
Busted.
Myth: EMP grenades will temporarily stun an enemy in a Goliath Suit.
Busted.
Basically, what you should take away from this list is that if you get stuck with a grenade, then you should accept your coming death. It's over – no amount of weapon-switching nonsense will change your fate. It'll all be over soon…
