MCN Machinima sent out an email to their partners that the publisher is more vigilant about this compared to before. Channels that attempt to make videos with this content are likely to receive copyright strikes, so they should not even try.

Activision explained that this is just business as usual for them, and they do not want to tolerate any attempts at cheating or abusing exploits. They have made no changes in policy in terms of claiming videos, and are still appreciative of the community that makes them.
