Just yesterday, fans could sit in on in the big unveiling for Call of Duty: Vanguard. The reveal trailer, was unveiled during a special event. Players of Call of Duty: Warzone was able to go through a special playlist that had a group trying to destroy a heavily armored train. When they successfully took the train down, they were able to unlock the reveal trailer.
As expected, this year’s installment will be taking players back to World War II once again. Here we will experience a variety of fronts, but we’re still a bit scarce on details. The trailer shows different battles across the world as incredible forces clashed against each other. New details should be coming out over the next few months as we prepare for a release. For instance, we know that a zombies mode is in the works. However, we haven’t seen anything on the mod just yet.
This mode has a highlight on Battle.net. All that the post said is for players to get ready to battle an onslaught of undead in a new zombies mode experience. With that said, this mode is not in development at Sledgehammer Games. While this studio is creating the primary campaign and multiplayer component of Call of Duty: Vanguard, the zombie’s mode is being crafted up by Treyarch. Still, that’s not too surprising for some Call of Duty fans as we know in the past, there’s been support from a variety of Activision studios when it comes to delivering a new installment.
We’re not sure just when we’ll get any zombies trailer for this game. It should be interesting to see what Treyarch can deliver with the World War II backdrop. But, of course, we’re still waiting on an assortment of details to come out. We only have a reveal trailer right now. So it might be a bit before details emerge on the storyline, multiplayer, and zombies game mode.
