Stealth Inc. 2 Launches on Wii U Tomorrow, October 30

October 29, 2014 by Tony Ponce

Enjoy the launch trailer that just popped up.

Tomorrow, October 30, Stealth Inc. 2: A Game of Clones arrives on Wii U. The eShop-exclusive sequel to Stealth Inc.: A Clone in the Dark (formerly known as Stealth Bastard) was one of the titles featured in my "20 Promising eShop Indie Games" article, so it's most definitely worth your time to check out. Watch the trailer above if you aren't completely sold on it yet.

As you can see, there is now an overworld that greatly resembles the grid pattern map from Super Metroid. You'll also be able to create your own levels and share them online.

Developer Curve Studios opened up an AMA on reddit a short while ago, where the team revealed some Stealth Inc. details and upcoming software plans. For instance, a port of the original Stealth Inc. onto Wii U would be facilitated by strong sales of the sequel. Though Nintendo offered a lot of help during developed, it thankfully never dictated content that Curve was required to add. There are also six additional Curve titles planned for 2015 on all platforms, with most hopefully arriving on Wii U simulataneously.

Get ready for Stealth Inc. 2 on the Wii U eShop tomorrow.
