Ubisoft has shared a brief cinematic trailer from Assassin’s Creed Unity.
The trailer is simply titled Arno’s training, and reveals that Arno gets his training in jail. We don’t know the context of why Arno is there yet, but it does appear that he is not yet a full-fledged Assassin at this time.
Arno wakes up to find a personal possession in the hands of another prisoner. He demands it be returned, and is challenged to pick up a playsword.
The trailer then timeskips (with requisite loading time) to two months later. Arno now willingly practices fencing, but is distracted by a commotion outside the jail walls, that is shaking the foundations of the prison itself. When he peers out, he sees a mob rallying in huge numbers, and realizes the prison was being hit with cannon fire. His would be mentor indicates that the opportunity may have come up for an escape, and he motions Arno to follow him.
The video ends with a promise of more, so if you don’t mind the spoilers, you can expect more mini-teasers for Assassin’s Creed Unity in the coming days.
Assassin’s Creed Unity will be released on November 11 on Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
