Diablo 3's latest update has been datamined to create an unofficial patch list by the folks over at DiabloFans.com.
The class changes which came with the patch are:
Witch Doctor – Spirit Walk Cooldown: 15 seconds – Leave your physical body and enter the spirit realm for 2 seconds. While in the spirit realm, your movement is unhindered. Your link to the spirit realm will end if your physical body sustains 50% of your maximum Life in damage.
Wizard – Blizzard – Apocalypse : Increase the area of effect of Blizzard to a 30 yard radius. Blizzard's damage turns into Fire. (This is an old change, only a tooltip update).
Other aspects of the game which have changed include more detailed tooltips for Keys and Organs from the Infernal Machine Event, which describe where they can be found and what they actually do.
You can find the full list of changes to the game here. Update 2.1.0 saw to it that Ramaladni’s Gift, which allows players to add a socket to any weapon in the game, now shows up on the minimap.
