As you may recall, Koei Tecmo's latest collaboration is with Square Enix on a project called Dragon Quest Heroes. Though Dynasty Warriors studio Omega Force is leading this project, the game's producer has since clarified that this isn't actually going to be a Dynasty Warriors game in the sense that Hyrule Warriors was. Whatever the case may be, DQ fans should doubtlessly be excited that the franchise is finally returning to PlayStation.
There will be a live gameplay demo of Dragon Quest Heroes at Tokyo Game Show this week. In the meantime, check out these new screenshots. Yep, that's definitely Akira Toriyama's style! You can see the Goku in their eyes!
Dragon Quest Heroes is on track for a 2015 launch on PS3 and PS4. No Western announcement has been made yet.
