A Final Fantasy XV demo will be coming for gamers who purchase Final Fantasy Type-0 HD, claims a GameInformer report that went online but was immediately pulled offline.
The demo has been dubbed Episode Duscae, and will allow players to see some of the game’s opening scenes. The way players can progress has been modified from the final product, to better suit the needs of a demo. Earlier reports confirmed that Square Enix trademarked the name Episode Duscae for Japan and Europe this July.
This news happens to come from a Game Informer report that was immediately pulled, which implied that the information came out too soon. Perhaps Square was still dealing with copyright concerns for the name Episode Duscae and they wanted it cleared up before reveal.
Final Fantasy Type-0 HD itself is a localization of previously a PSP-only game of the same name. The same source revealed that the game would be released to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on March 17.
