LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham Delivering Justice to Bad Bricks in November

August 26, 2014 by Stephen Daly

Batman needs all the help he can get to stop Brainiac’s sinister plan for Earth.

Warner Bros. has today announced that LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham will be released on November 11th in North America and on 14th in Europe.

The game is in development for Nintendo 3DS, PC, PS3, PS4, PS Vita, Wii U, Xbox 360, and Xbox One. Beyond Gotham sees Batman and other member of the Justice League as well as a number of DC villains team up to take on Brainiac who's using Lantern Rings to shrink worlds for his sinister collection. You can check out a recent trailer which reveals Brainiac's plans here.

Other characters featured in the game included the Joker, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, and Lex Luthor.

To mark confirmation of the release date, Warner Bros. also revealed the game's box art which you can see at the top of this post.

The LEGO games haven't fundamentally changed since they started but why fix what isn't broken? LEGO Marvel Superheroes and LEGO: The Hobbit were enjoyable romps and hopefully Beyond Gotham can make up for the lacklustre The LEGO Movie Videogame.
