Sony has released nearly seven minutes of Bloodborne gameplay from gamescom last week showing off some of the enemies players will encounter, the weapons, and the 'Regain' system which rewards players for countering attacks and striking back at your foes.
Bloodborne is being developed by Dark Souls developer From Software and based on the footage it looks a lot like that notoriously difficult franchise.
The video's description reads:
"Witness the horrific enemies and brutal action from the first hands-on playable demo of Bloodborne, shown at the gamescom show, with this official play-thru video direct from From Software."
Sony announced at their gamescom press conference last week that Bloodborne is coming "in the next six months", likely early 2015.
