Kano, the classic Mortal Kombat fighter with a metal plate on his face, will be making a comeback in the upcoming Mortal Kombat X for the new-gen consoles Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
According to new screenshots from a German magazine, Kano will be present within the game’s rosters as one of its many fighters, alongside Raiden, SubZero and Scorpion, as well as new fighters like D’Vorah, Cassie Cage, and Kotal Kahn.
Kano is one of the game’s original Mortal Kombat warriors, who featured in the first game way back in 1992, and also appeared in the Mortal Kombat series of films as one of its main villains—and nemesis to Sonja Blade and Jaxx.
The images of Kano were uploaded to Twitter by user @westkoastkilla and are released ahead of GamesCom, where the characters are set to be revealed at the event.
