Reasons to Play Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition on the PS4

July 15, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

Here are some great reasons to play the game on the PS4.

The dedicated PlayStation channel on YouTube, PlayStation Access, has posted a video of Diablo III: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition on the PlayStation 4, detailing the five top reasons to play the game on the PS4. It contains all new gameplay footage of Diablo III.

The first reason for playing the game on the PS4 is its fully realized 1080p/60fps performance, which allows the game to run better than even some mid-end PCs, even with dozens of monsters and characters on screen battling it out at a time.

The second reason they suggested is remote play, which they showcase in the video at around 1:33. No other platform supports this feature. Needless to say, you’ll be able to play Diablo III while in the bathroom.

Another reason to play the game on the PS4 is to pick it up for the transmogrification sets based on other PlayStation titles, including Shadow of the Colossus. Also exclusive to the PS4 version of the game is are The Last of Us-themed Nephalem Rifts with enemies and environments from the Naughty Dog title.

The other two reasons provided by PlayStation Access are a load of nonsense, but I’m definitely sold on the game.
