We've seen the still screens featuring Fi in Hyrule Warriors, but now here is her proper debut trailer. As I hypothesized before, Fi will skate and pirouette around the battlefield, smacking her foes in the most graceful of fashion. She'll also be able to transform into the Skyward Sword itself for her special attack.
With Fi's introduction, the playable cast of characters sits at seven, with more yet to be revealed. Surprisingly, each new character thus far aside from Link has been female, giving the gals of the Zelda series their much-deserved due. I don't think anyone would complain if at least one other male shows up — my money's on Groose!
Hyrule Warriors is coming to Wii U on September 26.
