We've known since for some time now that Destiny will have timed exclusive content on PlayStation platforms and now Amazon appears to have confirmed that the content won't be going anywhere else for a year.
Destiny's timed exclusive content was detailed on the PlayStartion Blog earlier this week and includes several armour sets, weapons, maps, and ships.
The game's PS4 listing on Amazon reads:
"Exclusive content for PlayStation 4 owners includes the Exodus Blue Competitive Multiplayer Map, Dust Palace Strike, Weapons, Ships and Gear that will only be on PlayStation until at least Fall 2015."
Timed exclusive DLC deals usually last three to six months and some times as little as one month so it seems Sony and Activision were able to agree to quite a generous deal.
The content is just one part of Destiny's PlayStation special features which included an exclusive alpha and early access to the beta next month as well as a special white PS4 bundle.
