The beta test for Destiny is set to launch first on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4, Bungie confirmed today. The studio released a trailer, seen above, to congratulate Sony on its launch of the PS4 in North America. The trailer was shown as apart of SPike TV's PlayStation 4 All Access event earlier tonight.
The beta is also set to grace the Xbox 360 and Xbox One, but it'll be out on Sony's platforms first. Bungie did not release any further details about the beta test, such as when it'll actually come out.
Much like Borderlands and its sequel, Destiny is described as a cooperative first person shooter that allows players to go it alone in single-player, or take the fight online with friends.
