Nintendo announced Sonic Boom for the Wii U during their E3 press conference today with a trailer that showed bits of gameplay and the characters featured in the game.
The video game was revealed earlier this year, but it was only announced for the Wii U now. It will also be released on the Nintendo 3DS device at the same time. The game follows Sonic and his companions: Miles, Knuckles, Amy, and a new character named Sticks. This team will battle against Doctor Eggman in the game. The game will have slightly different variations across platforms.
Sonic Boom will be released on November 2014 for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS.
