Sony unveiled new gameplay footage of the PlayStation 4 exclusive The Order: 1886 during their E3 press conference. It featured a tense moment that was far from the action packed footage we saw from the game recently.
The video showed the protagonist carefully making his way through dark hallways. He then encounters a creature that initially appears to be a zombie, but turns out to be a monstrous creature that is disguised as a human. It definitely reminded a lot of players of The Last of Us in terms of the subtle horror present in the game.
Transitions between cutscenes and actual gameplay is seamless as well. The footage ended when the monster jumped out towards the hero.
The Order: 1886 is expected to be released in early 2015.
