Following up on yesterday’s brief announcement about the development of Forza Horizon 2, the developers at Turn 10 and Playground have released the game’s first ever screenshots.
The screenshots appear to detail graphics from the game’s next-gen (Xbox One) version, which depict sleek cars and even fancier weather effects and details that are certain to spruce up any experience players might have with the game while racing their heads off online and offline.
In addition to the screenshots, the official Twitter account tweeted that the Xbox One version of the game is being built on the Forza 5 engine, with development by Playground. Meanwhile, the Xbox 360 version is being built separately on the Horizon 1 engine, led by Sumo Digital.
With that in mind, the Xbox One version is sure to look that much better than its X360 counterpart.
Have a look.
