BioWare has released a host of new screenshots for their upcoming role-playing game, Dragon Age: Inquisition. The screenshots showcase two areas of the game, the Fade and Therinfal Redoubt.
"Always in a constant state of change, the Fade is impossible for mortals to accurately map,” reads the description of the Fade.
In addition to the screenshots, BioWare’s Mark Darrah revealed on Twitter that the game will not be featuring mounted combat simply because it’s “not what the game is about.” Accordingly, being mounted is said to be a “huge feature” that the studio wanted to approach correctly.
Besides that, BioWare’s Mike Laidlaw revealed that there is a long, extensive story arc involving one of the game’s main characters, Cullen. He didn’t reveal much except to say that it’s a ‘multi-region story arc’.
Dragon Age: Inquisition is slated for release later this year on October 7 for the Xbox 360, Xbox One, PC, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
