Sony Ramps Up E3 Hype With ‘Best Place to Play’ PS4 Trailer

May 20, 2014 by Stephen Daly

Video looks at exclusives and games with platform specific content.

Sony has released a new 'best place to play' trailer for the PlayStation 4, highlighting some of the key exclusives for the platform as well as games with platform specific content and DLC.

The trailer features both games already released, such as LEGO: The Hobbit, inFamous: Second Son, and Thief as well as unreleased titles such as DriveClub, The Order: 1886, and Watch Dogs.

Sony's E3 press conference is set for June 9th and we'll likely see many of these games featured along with the likes of Uncharted PS4 and other major first party titles and hopefully some big third party games as well. Uncharted developer Naughty Dog is also making another "brand new experience" for PS4 which might also be revealed.

Assassin's Creed games usually have exclusive content on Sony's platforms so we might hear news of Unity during the media briefing as well.

The trailer comes following renewed calls for Sony to split it entertainment, including PlayStation, and hardware divisions.

What do you hope Sony will show off?
