Any reviews for Watch Dogs which have appeared online so far are fake according to developer and publisher Ubisoft who revealed the embargo for the game will not be lifted until launch day, May 27th.
On the game's official Twitter account, Ubisoft commented:
Hackers have attempted to infiltrate our system and post false reviews of Watch Dogs. All valid reviews will emerge at release on May 27_

Watch Dogs releases on PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One on that date while the Wii U version won't be available until later this year.
The game went gold earlier this month and Ubisoft recently confirmed that it is the most highly pre-ordered new IP this year, Ubisoft's most pre-ordered new IP ever, and the company's second most highly pre-ordered game behind Assassin's Creed 3.
It's expected to sell more than 6.3 million copies, beating the first Assassin's Creed to become Ubisoft's best selling new IP, and while reviews won't have a huge impact on that figure, a little more time to digest what's being said about the game might have been nice.
