The third DLC expansion for Battlefield 4, Naval Strike, has been delayed on the Xbox One.
It was originally scheduled for a March 25 release for Battlefield 4 Premium subscribers, but DICE has pulled back its release to “Address issues in the animation system that hinder players from engaging targets in set circumstances using popular weapon configurations,” whatever that means.
Earlier this week, the studio announced that the DLC has also been delayed for the Windows PC. In today’s updated post, the developer says it’s aiming to launch the DLC early next month on both platforms affected by the delay.
"We are trying to resolve these problems as quickly as possible and hope to release the update in early April for Xbox One and PC," the post reads. "We also want to remind Xbox One and PC owners of Battlefield 4 Premium that they will have two weeks early access for Naval Strike once it's released. Thanks for your continued patience and passion for our games."
The PlayStation 4 version of the game seems to have no issues running the DLC. It’s also out for both the PS3 and Xbox 360. Non-Premium members of the game will be able to pick it up at a later date.
