Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare Gets a Free DLC

March 17, 2014 by Ian Miles Cheong

Free DLC is coming to PvZ: Garden Warfare tomorrow.

Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare is set to receive its first DLC pack tomorrow, and it’ll be available for absolutely free, publisher Electronic Arts has announced.

The DLC will be available in the form of the Garden Variety DLC and feature a new map, game mode, and 24 new abilities for all classes. The pack contains a new map, titled “Chomp Town,” with three new abilities for each of the game’s 6 classes.

The game’s new mode, Gnome Bomb, is an 8v8 set-up that pits two teams against each other in an attempt to capture a bomb strapped to the back of a gnome and detonate it in the other team’s base.

The DLC will be available starting tomorrow on March 18 and will be available to download from Xbox Live.
