A marketing image for South East Asia has confirmed Dark Souls 2 is coming to PC April 25 for the region. Namco America has clarified that they have not yet announced a release date.
@Matt_GZ We haven't announced a release date yet – We'll have more info on that soon though!

Based on the information from the image, the PC version will have four times the graphic resolution of the console versions (hinting at 4K support) and it will run at 60 FPS. The game will also have full mouse and keyboard controls support.
The game will also be available on Steam, and PC gamers will also get the option to buy a retail collector’s edition. This collector’s edition includes Black Armor Weapon DLC, a t-shirt, an art book, and that enticing cloth map. Bandai Namco games has clarified this collector’s edition will only be for Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
The game will be released March 11 on Playstation 3 and Xbox 360, but there’s really been no hint until now of an official PC release date. At least we know it won’t be a repeat of the delayed, unsatisfactory port PC gamers received for the 1st Dark Souls. With From Software working on the port at the same time as the console versions, they are expected to be as close to each other as possible as well.
