It’s not just me, right? Observe the video above. Cole appears stocky, muscular, and resembles a pro-wrestler rather than what he is – a nobody who was imbued with super powers. Cole never had the overtly “super” look of a super hero, which in my mind at least, made him a likeable character. This version of Cole strikes me as one that was repeatedly struck by the Japanese development stick. I’m sure Sucker Punch had no hand in his design.
