Gears Tactics Launch Trailer Dives Deep into Different Strategies

April 13, 2020 by Nick Biazzo

Ready for launch!

Gears Tactics doesn’t release until late April, but today, Microsoft has released the official launch trailer for the game.

Check out the launch trailer down below:

The launch trailer introduces players to a brand new world that fans came to know and love. Gears Tactics isn’t a traditional Gears title, as it takes the game to completely different direction. And the launch trailer leans heavily into that aspect, showing off players the new world of Gears Tactics. Plan your every move wisely as it might affect you in the long run in this new strategy game.

Gears Tactics is taking the franchise people know and love and taking it to a direction fans would never expect it to go. Gears Tactics is a strategy game that you take control of new character “Gabe” Diaz as you are tasked with the challenging mission to take down a relentless leader of the Locust army: Ukkon.

In related news, earlier this week Gears Tactics achievement list has been released and gives a detailed look at what to expect when it comes to racking up gamerscore. The list consists of the “usual” achievements, including completing the game on harder difficulties and defeating 1000 enemies. To read more about this news, check out the full story here.

Gears Tactics launches later this month on April 28.
