Steam Holiday Sale Discounts BioShock Infinite, Metal Gear Rising Revengeance, Stanley Parable

December 19, 2013 by Andrea Castellano

The Steam Holiday Sale runs from today until January 3.

Christmas arrives early for Steam users as the Steam Holiday Sale kicks off its winter discounts from now until January 3.

Between Flash Sales, community votes and Daily Deals, Valve discounts many game within its digital library. The sales starts with discounts for games like BioShock Infinite, The Stanley Parable and Metal Gear Rising Revengeance. Although Metal Gear Rising Revengeance doesn't launch until January 9, you can pre-purchase the game for $19.99 – a 33% discount.

We found out about the Steam Holiday Sale last week from a PayPal email detailing the start date for the always anticipated sale. Every year Valve continues to expand their sales with the introduction activities such as Trading Cards.

Free-to-play games are not excluded from the Holiday Sale as Badges crafted from Trading Cards can result in in-game rewards for games like DOTA 2, Path of Exile and War Thunder.
