It looks as if EA Sports is starting with the big hitters when it comes to its roster reveal for the upcoming UFC game. After the unveiling of a virtual UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones – who will join top contender Alexander Gustafson on the front of EA Sports UFC – the team behind this MMA product has decided to show off another highly regarded member of the organization. Meet Georges “Rush” St-Pierre, the longest reigning welterweight champion.
“Rush” would still be on top of the heap, if he didn’t recently vacate the belt for an indefinite period of time. Personal issue have taken the Canadian hero away from the sport, but what he leaves behind is one of the most dominate records ever built up in MMA. And yes, the image above is stunningly close to what he actually looks like.
We’re still unsure of when the game will actually be coming out, but for now, just get excited to experience EA Sports UFC sometime next spring.
