There’s an Actual Dark Souls Cafe Opening in Japan

December 11, 2013 by Josiah Renaudin

From Software is bringing a unique flavor to Tokyo in early 2014.

From Software and Oz Cafe are bringing something a bit unexpected to Tokyo in early 2014. The dynamic duo will introduce a Dark Souls-themed café to the public Jan. 6, 2014 that serves delicious dishes closely related to the monstrously difficult RPG.

Siliconera reports that hungry fans will be able to walk into the spot, find a seat, and order Successors of the Sun, which is a pasta dish with golden tomatoes and bacon, or Butcher’s Sliced Vegetables. As for drinks, customers might want to try a swig of an Estus flask, Soul Spear, Fireball – they’re all available and closely tied to the series.

If the thought of eating something called Mushroom People doesn’t push you away, this unique eatery might just be your cup of Estus. Japanese residents can look for all the fine food next year, with From Software planning to expand the cafe further when Dark Souls 2 comes out in March
