This is a look at the CBJ-MS for Call of Duty Ghosts.
The CBJ-MS is an Uzi-like personal defense weapon out of Sweden. It has top of the line armor piercing rounds.
Unfortunately, the CBJ has the lowest damage of any SMGs. It takes three shots to kill, two if headshots, and in longer ranges, six shots to kill, four if headshots. It is a good weapon to use against enemy equipment, as well as for taking down killstreaks, thanks to its armor piercing rounds.
The CBJ excels at rate of fire, able to output 1000 RPM, the best of any weapon. As a result, hipfire is also very, very good. Unfortunately, it also excels at recoil, ruling out any possibility of making it a viable long range weapon. 200 ms aim time and full mobility gives it further advantages at closer ranges.
Magazine capacity is average, at 34 rounds per magazine, 51 for extended magazines. Its reload time of 2.97 seconds may not be enough, so you will want to either get extended magazines or try to get reload time sped up. These will make all the difference in your survival.
The CBJ is perfect for the Engineer, who moves around behind the scenes and will make good use of the bonus damage to enemy equipment when they find them. For these reasons, the suppressor is the perfect attachment. It ensures you will stay off the grid whenever you strike. The loss of range is not that much, and is definitely offset by the freedom you gain in moving around undetected.
Good perks for the CBJ include the SIT-REP, which will reveal hidden enemy equipment in translucent orange, Blind Eye, to keep you invisible to enemy systems and turrets, and Wiretap combined with Off The Grid, so you can proactively use your enemy’s system against them.
