Sony has released a video detailing the benefits of using a PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita together.
Calling the two systems "perfect partners", the video shows us Remote Play in action where the game starts on PS4 and then migrates to PS Vita allowing users to pick up where they left off.
You can also view your PS4 trophies on the Vita and use the same range of social features to stay in touch with your friends. This includes being able to send messages or engage in voice chat using the Party app.
The trailer also notes that you can use a single PlayStation Plus account across the PS3, PS Vita, and PS4. While a Plus account is needed for multiplayer on PS4; online gaming remains free on the other systems.
A PS4/Vita bundle went on sale in the UK last night.
